and the pains he underwent in completing the film.
Who is to be thanked
for your role in Rama Krishna?
First, I must thank the director Agathiyan who taught me acting
for each and every scene of the film. The director came to
me one day and praised me that I have done the role as expected
by him. I must thank the producer Sivasakthi Pandiyan also
who ha d
trusted my acting abilities and offered the role. I also thank
other artistes too who were helpful. Vijayakumar encouraged
me throughout the shooting.
Have you at any time
learnt fighting from anyone or any school?
I learnt Silambam fighting from Jacquar Thangam master.
Since, Agathiyan expected much from me in fighting scenes;
I practiced during my free time. Practice alone makes the
man perfect. Stunt master Jacquar also praised my involvement
in the fighting scenes.
You had some injury while the shootings
were going on …….
I suffered a severe leg injury when the fight in climax scene
was shot. In spite of the injury, I completed the shooting
for the day. Producer Pandian came to my house and advised
me to take care of my health.
