Following the eventful premiere of Aarya, the next attraction in Singapore was the Pattimanram on 'The Effects of Cinema on Society and World Audiences' organised on August 11th 2007.
Director Bharathiraja, actors Sripriya, Sathyaraj, Khusbu and popular Pattimanram speaker Raja exchanged their views and ideas in the debate. The pattimandram was judged by Mr. Solomon Papaiah. actor-director-producer. T. Rajendar was the guest speaker.
All the speakers enthralled the audience of more than 5000 patrons present at Singapore Indoor Stadium, which was filled to capacity.
The citizens of Singapore showed great interest in the 75 years of Tamil Cinema mementos and the special issue of Galatta Cinema commemorating the Platinum Jubilee up for sale at the venue.
