Sri Krishna Sweets is organising a unique programme to recognize extraordinary mothers of Indian talents who are today renowned international celebrities.
The list of mothers who will be honoured include Angalammal, mother of lyricist Vairamuthu, Bavi Begum Alla Rakha, mother of tabla maestro Ustad Zakhir Hussain, Gomathi Subramaniam, mother of Suki Sivam, Indira Krishnamachari, mother of former cricketer Kris Srikanth, Dr. Hema Chinni Krishnan, mother of Cavin Kare MD C.K. Ranganathan, Maggie Amrithraj, mother of Amirthraj brothers, Y.G. Parthasarathy, mother of actor Y.Gee. Mahendran, Prema Srinivasan, mother of TVS CEO Venu Srinivasan, Shantha Krishnamurthy, mother of Pepsi CEO Indira Nooyi, Saroja Parasaran, mother of advocate Parasaran and Susheela Viswanathan, mother of chess player Viswanathan Anand.
The programme is to be held at the Narada Gana Sabha on the evening of Saturday, March 22. Actor Vivek will be delighting the audience with his comic speech while Radhika Khusrajit will present a dance performance based songs on motherhood.
