On September 27th, the music of Abhiyum Naanum, a film which reflects the sentiments of the father-daughter relationship, was launched by the favourite and celebrated father-daughter duo of Tamil Nadu – Chief Minister Dr. Karunanidhi and his daughter, parliamentarian Kanimozhi.
Prakashraj, who produces the film and also acts as Trisha’s father in it, played an excellent host. Right from welcoming guests to attending to their needs, he was very warm and courteous. It made everyone feel comfortable.
After launching the audio, the eminent chief guests of the function, Dr. Karunanidhi and his daughter Kanimozhi profusely lauded the efforts of producer-actor Prakashraj and director Radha Mohan. They agreed that films like these are very important to uphold the waning depths in relationships these days.
Guests for the programme included Ayngaran Karunamoorthy, “film news” Anand, Manobala, S.A. Chandrasekaran, Ameer, Thyagarajan, Prashanth, Arun Vijay and Swarnamalya. Hero Ganesh Venkatram, heroine Trisha, music director Vidyasagar and lyricist Vairamuthu were also present.
