The celebrated father-daughter duo of Tamil Nadu – Chief Minister Karunanidhi and parliamentarian Kanimozhi – will release the audio of Abhiyum Naanum, a film reflecting the emotions and sentiments pertaining to father-daughter relationship. In Abhiyum Naanum, Prakashraj plays the role of Trisha’s father. The film puts an end to the scarcity of films made on father-daughter relationships. Abhiyum Naanum is directed by Radha Mohan, the man behind Mozhi. This is a Moser Baer movie produced by Prakashraj under his Duet movies banner.
On inviting Karunanidhi and Kanimozhi to launch the audio, Prakashraj said since Abhiyum Naanum is based on father-daughter relationship, he decided to get its audio released by this celebrated father-daughter duo of the state. He said, “I was totally surprised by our CM’s humility and his easygoing nature. When I put forth my request, he readily agreed; at once, he called up his daughter and got her approval. I am amazed by his love for Tamil cinema. I was very happy when he appreciated me for my work.”
Abhiyum Naanum’s audio will be launched on September 27th at Anna Arivalayam at 10:00 a.m. Chief minister Karunanidhi will release the audio and will hand over the first copy to his daughter and parliamentarian Kanimozhi.
