We had reported that the Aegan unit has finally roped in Nayantara for the female lead opposite Ajith. Now, Ayngaran International has come out with a press release confirming the same. Here are more details from the press release on the Ultimate Star’s forthcoming film:
The dialogues of the film, scripted and directed by popular choreographer Raju Sundaram, will be penned by acclaimed writer S. Ramakrishnan, who has earlier written the dialogues for Baba, Sandakozhi and the recent Bheema.
As to the cast, we are now informed that Suhasini Maniratnam, Jayaram, Nasser, M.S. Bhaskar and Sriman will be playing key roles. In addition, Navdeep, who impressed everyone in Arindhum Ariyamalum, is playing an important role. Suman of Sivaji fame plays the baddie.
The film also looks strong on the technical side. Music is composed by Yuvanshankar Raja; cinematography is by Arjun Jena, now a top cameraman in Bollywood after his debut film Kadhal Virus; Milan, who gave Billa its sleek look, is the art director.
The unit has finished shooting for 15 days in Hong Kong and are now camped in Chennai. They will later leave for Australia, New Zealand and England to shoot the songs.
