The coming week is going to be a joyride for many of us because Alliance Francaise is bringing four of the most renowned of the famous Coen Brothers' films. The Coen Brothers Film Festival will start on June 9, 2008 and will end on June 12, 2008. The filming will take place at 6:30 p.m. on these days. The movies to be screened are: Fargo, The Big Lebowski, Barton Fink, and O Brother, Where Art Thou?
Coen Brothers have written and directed numerous successful films. They recently enjoyed grand success with their film “No country for old men” (2007) winning the Oscar award in the best film category. Coen Brothers are sometimes referred as Two-headed directors for their strikingly similar writing and directing styles.
Coen Brothers are perfect “Hall of Fame" people who have made a big impact in the world of cinema.
