The Other End of the Line is produced by Ashok Amritraj, in which Shriya plays a call centre employee who falls in love with a caller from San Francisco over the phone. She then travels to San Francisco to meet him. Jesse Metcalfe, of Desperate Housewives fame, is her co-star. The film also stars Anupam Kher and Tara Sharma.
