Oliyum Oliyum, produced by two NRIs, is directed by Shakthi Chellam, who directed Kiran Bedi in a documentary. This film has two more distinctions: It brings eminent social activist and winner of Man of the Millenium award of US Palam Kalyanasundaram on the silver screen for the first time. And it has given a differently-abled Poongodi (born without hearing or speaking capacities) to act as an example of inclusiveness.
