Jai starrer Arjunan Kadhali started its filming in Thirupparangundram, which is a holy place of Lord Muruga. Following a pooja, a song (‘Kan thiranthaan Kandan’) was picturised on Jai.
Arjunan Kadhali is music composer Deva’s family affair, as the film’s director is his son-in-law Parthi Bhaskar; film’s hero Jai is his nephew; film’s music is composed by his son Srikanth Deva; and Shivasakthi Pandian, the film’s producer is his family friend and has always relied on him for music of all his films. Due to these reasons, no matter how busy he might be, Deva makes sure he personally supervises the film production work and ensures that everything goes well. He is also assisting his son in composing the film’s music. His family is keen in churning out a hit film for their beloved friend Shivasakthi Pandian.
And all this focus augurs well for Jai, whose career has headed in the right direction after Subramaniapuram (also spelt as Subramaniyapuram).
Heroine of Arjunan Kadhali is a newcomer.
