Buoyed by the success of Uliyin Osai, director Ilavenil has decided to convert another novel of Kalaignar Dr. Karunanidhi into a film with Sneha and Sundar C. in the lead.
This yet-to-be titled film will be based on Kalaignar’s novel 'Suruli Malai' written in 1957, which is about the love that blossoms between a school teacher and a village girl. It is heard that this film will be produced by Seeman, a D.M.K. party member and the owner of Seeman Tutorials.
