The concept of directors acting in their own movies is not something new to Kollywood. Sometimes, they do a cameo and sometimes, they are the protagonists. But recently, this trend has been on the rise and every now and then, there is a new addition to the list. The latest director to jump into this bandwagon is Ramana, who has directed movies like Sullan, Thirumalai and Aadhi. He is donning the role of villain in the movie, which is to be directed by S.A. Chandrasekaran.
But the talk of the city is Yogi, in which director Ameer is acting along with directors Samudhrakani and Nanda Periyasami – three directors in one movie.
