Actress Flora, who was recently arrested following a false visa charge, recently came out on bail. She informed the press that she is innocent and that she would prove the same in court.
Flora claims that Telugu actor Mohan Babu’s manager Venkat Reddy had approached her, asking her to participate in a film festival in America. Given that he is a well-known figure in Tollywood, she believed him and consented to go. A few days later, he told her that she would be accompanied by another woman, a widow and mother of two children, desperately in need of work. He suggested that Flora make use of her service to help her with her make up. Being a sympathetic person, she claims she agreed.
It was only after her arrest that she came to know that the so-called invite to the Film Festival was a hoax and she had no clue about whether the story about the widow was true. Flora asserts that she is innocent and she warns other artists to be wary of such malpractices.
