K.R.G. Movies International is a name associated with innumerable hit films in Kollywood. Now they are all set to present one more – Guru En Aalu.
The film, of comic genre, features Madhavan and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles and said to be very entertaining. It is directed by director Selva, who has gained immense recognition these days with Naan Avan Illai and Thotta.
Actor Madhavan is doing a comedy subject after a long time; the last complete comedy film by Madhavan was Aethiree. He teams up with Abbas, who is paired up with Brinda Parekh; the last time Madhavan and Abbas teamed up was in Minnale.
This complete rib-tickler, right from beginning to end, also has Vivek in the cast. The film is about the choices that the protagonist is forced to make when Cupid strikes him and creates hurdles in the path of his ambitions. M.S. Bhaskar, Mayilsami, Pattimandram Raja, Sona, Renuka, Aarthi and Poovilangu Mohan are in the supporting cast.
The filming of Guru Engal Aalu, which started last month, is almost over now except for a few songs which are planned to be shot in Australia. Music is by Srikanth Deva and the lyrics are by an assortment of lyricists, namely Pazhani Bharathi, Kapilan, and Pa. Vijay. V.T. Vijayan takes care of the cinematography.
