Imsai Arasan Irubathi Moondram Pulikesi: Historical comedy

Vadivelu is the hero in Imsai Arasan Irubathi Moondram Pulikesi, a historical comedy, produced by S. Films (belonging to director Shankar) and Simbudevan is the debut director. The cast includes Monica, Manorama, Tejashri, Jennifer and Nasser. S. Films has already produced Kadhal, and is completing Veyyil. Imsai Arasan Irubathi Moondram Pulikesi is stated to by a total comedy, and has been inspired by a cartoon by Simbudevan, which appeared in Ananda Vikatan. Simbudevan, the director, was a cartoonist and has worked as Cheran's associate for five years. The movie is progressing on schedule, and eleven sets have been created. Art director Krishnamoorthy and cameraman Arthur Wilson have put in their best efforts in making this movie.
