Malayalam actor Jayaram is acting with Ajith in Aegan. Jayaram plays the role of the Principal of the college where Ajith studies. Ajith’s heroine is Nayantara and interestingly, she plays the role of a lecturer in the same college.
Jayaram, who started his film career with Padmarajan’s Aparan in 1988, is known for his light-hearted comedy roles in Malayalam. He is particularly popular among family audiences for his neat and humorous films. Later, he forayed in to Tamil films and was moderately successful. He has acted in several movies like Gokulam, Purushalakshanam, Priyanka, Kolangal, Murai Mamman, Julie Ganapathi and Pathini. His friendship with Kamal Haasan is also famous and he has acted with him in Thenali and Panchathanthiram. Recently, he was seen in the Cheran-Sneha starrer Pirivom Santhippom.
