It seems that double-hero subjects, a rare occurrence in Kollywood, will not be so rare anymore. With actors Jayam Ravi, Jiiva and Srikanth (who are good friends) evincing interest to act in double-hero subjects, Kollywood might witness such movies in the future. Or should we say in the immediate future, going by Kollywood grapevine which says that Srikanth and Jiiva will team up in a film tentatively titled Drogi to be directed by Sudha, one of Mani Ratnam’s apprentices.
It is heard that this film will be produced by Mano Akkineni, granddaughter of legendary filmmaker (late) L.V. Prasad. Apart from starring Jiiva and Srikanth, it will also star Poorna of Muniyandi Moondramandu Vilangiyal fame.
