Jyothirmayee stunned us with her low-key role in Periyar that she carried off very well indeed. Right now, she’s a part of Chimbudevan’s Arai Yenn 305-il Kadavulm where she plays a character called ‘Mess’ Bhuvana. Which star will mess with her and then steal her heart in the movie, is for us to watch the movie and find out. Jyothirmayee is also busy in Malayalam with Adaiyalangal by director N.G. Sasi. This is the story of Nandanar, a writer who live in the 1940’s. Following this, she is acting in a movie with Jayaram directed by Anil Babu.
But her latest conquest is the Kannada movie with Shivaraj Kumar. And because she has no knowledge of the language, even less than her knowledge of Tamil, she’s busy with Kannada classes now. She’s surely putting in that extra effort!
