Come November 7th and Kamal fans make it a point to do something laudable. This year, the members of Kamal Haasan’s Welfare Associations are holding Blood Donation Camps throughout November across the state. They have decided to observe November as 'A month to Save Lives'.
Members of each association throughout the state (numbering about 15,000 in all) will donate blood at selected government hospitals in their regions. On November 4th, Gauthami will inaugurate the Blood Donation Camp at Chennai to be held at the Hindu Ottrumai Kazhaga Secondary School on Demulla Road. Dr. Danapal, Head of the Government Hospital and Medical College, will also be present on the occasion.
This is indeed a novel venture! As we wish the star in advance for his birthday, we would also like to wish the members of his welfare associations all the very best!
