The crew of Ajith’s forthcoming film Aegan is in a fix. The crew after considering many leading ladies for the film, had finally decided to get Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif to pair with Ajith. Director Raju Sundaram diligently pursued the actress and managed to get her approval.
But now, Katrina seems to have had second thoughts about her move to enter Kollywood and has decided to opt out of the project. The actress, who has had a hat trick of successes in Bollywood recently with Namaste London, Partner and Welcome, feels that this is the time to consolidate her position in Bollywood. Hence, she has decided not to take any risk by moving South which might send out wrong signals in Bollywood.
Now, Ajith and Raju are frantically scouting for a leading lady from down South who will be able to match Ajith’s charisma. Earlier, the team had considered Shriya but had dropped her for Katrina. Will Shriya be second time lucky?
