Farzana’s item song in Mallepuvvu has generated a lot of interest in Filmnagar. Shot on the Athadu set in Hyderabad and choreographed by Krishna Reddy, Farzana danced to ‘Vastaavaa.. Naato… Istaanu Istaanu…’ and around 150 junior artistes also participated in this extravagant song.
Farzana said, “I am very happy to do this song number. Choreographer Krishna Reddy shot each frame in a special manner.” Krishna Reddy said, “Ilayaraja has composed this with subtle variations and good rhythm. Keeping this in view, Farzana recommended my name and I thank the producer and director for giving me a chance to do this song.”
Producer said, “When we considered Farzana for the song, she was in Australia. When we called her up for her consent and narrated the storyline, she agreed to do the song and we completed the film's shooting with this song.”
Director said, “Re-recording is in progress. There is a very good response to the audio. We sincerely feel that the film would have the blessings of Sobhan Babu to whom we dedicated the movie.”
Muralikrishna is making his debut as hero through this film directed by V. Samudra and produced by Mohan Vadlapatla under the banner of Sri Samudra Silver Screens.
