At last, Vijay fans get to sample the music of their hero’s upcoming movie Kuruvi. When the movie will hit the silver screen is yet to be announced but the Kuruvi music album was released in the presence of a gathering of Kollywood biggies at the Little Flower Convent in Chennai. Producer Udhayanidhi Stalin has announced a huge sum as a donation to the school as thanksgiving on the successful audio launch of his first production.
The first CD was released by Vikram and received by Vishal. What was unique to the occasion was that each song was released individually by representative members of the various media. On behalf of the Tamil dailies, Gangadaran from Dina Thanthi , on behalf of the English dailies, Ashok Kumar of The Hindu, on behalf of the weeklies, Kadhir from Ananda Vikatan, on behalf of the TV channels, Tamilarasan of Sun TV, on behalf of the Internet medium, Muthu R.S. of Galatta.com and on behalf of the movie’s official TV Channel, Kalaignar TV Diamond Babu, each released a song.
In the composition of Vidyasagar, the Kuruvi music album is quite as explosive as expected! Everyone present appreciated the tunes very much. Present at the event were Trisha, Vikram, Vishal, Ashish Vidhyarthi, director Dharani, producer Udhayanidhi Stalin, Vidhyasagar and many others. The show was presented by Chitti Babu.
