Kamal, Jackie, Amitabh, Mammootty and Vijay won a lot of applause at the audio launch yesterday, but the audience was equally captivated by the celebrity women at the function.
Kamal Haasan's daughters, Shruthi Haasan and Akshara Haasan, were there to support their dad. Gouthami, who has also designed the costumes for the film, also came to the function along with her daughter.

The leading ladies of the film, Asin and Mallika Sherawat, sizzled on stage. Asin looked divine in a light green-and-cream salwar-kameez, while Mallika looked glamourous in a short black dress.
Jayapradha and Hema Malini, who are also part of the cast of Dasavathaaram, added beauty to the whole event. These heroines of yore, attracted as much attention, if not more, than the younger actresses.
Another actress who left her mark during the event was Shobana, as she compered the event in Tamil, Telugu and English, captivating the audience with her charm and speech.
