It was recently reported in some quarters of the media that Storm Pictures, producers of Naan Aval Adhu, have decided to use a dubbing artist to dub for Madhavan so as to release the film on May 29.

Contrary to these reports, the producers have said that Madhavan had actually agreed to dub and had informed his decision to the Nadigar Sangam and Producers' Council on May 8. According to the producers, Madhavan will dub for the film on June 4th and 5th.

Storm Pictures have also said that in case Madhavan failed to report for dubbing on these dates, they have been allowed by the Council to release the film which has been in the cans for the last one year. The movie is now expected to hit screens worldwide on June 19th or 26th.
