Kattuvriyan in the direction of Kalaipuli Sekaran is in the final stage of it's shoot and the lead lady has supposedly insulted the novice hero. The lead lady is none other than Malavika who is playing a double role in the movie and the alleged victim of her fury is Sajithraj.
Sajithraj who made his debut with Campus, plays the role of a man who can not speak. He took on the role in view of the challenge his character offered. The young star who was very excited about acting with Malavika who is quite the glam doll of Kollywood, now stands disillusioned.
Apparently the climax scene required Sajith to pull Malakvika by the hand into a bungalow. As per the situation her hands are bound by a rope. While the scene was being shot, Malavika rebuked Sajith for having held her hands too painfully tight, and also hinted that she should have considered going through such difficulties when she agreed to act with a fledgling. Her rude remarks came as a shock to all present and the hapless hero took her comments to heart. It was quite some time before the two were consoled and the scene was shot.
Following the incident Sajith has stated that right from the very start he has sensed Malavika's dissatisfaction in acting with a new actor. He added that her remarks in the final scene was the culmination of her pent up feelings. The young star seems thoroughly upset by her words, yet believes that these are the kind of incidents that budding artistes face in the industry. However, he added saying that not all actresses have such an sttitude sightting Gopika as an example. Sajith has acted as Gopika's brother in a movie. In a scene that required them both to have a playful fight Gopika grazed her hand, and yet she did not complain, he said.
Malavika who is the cause of the contention is yet to comment.
