The movie launch of Marubadiyum Oru Kadhal (produced by Connect Films and Bollywood Cine Productions) was brimming with young blood and fresh faces, as the lead actors of the film are new faces to Kollywood.
The film was launched by producers council president K. Ramanarayanan. Anbalaya Prabhakaran, K. Muralidharan, and directors Bhagyaraj and Ameer were chief guests at the function.
Vasu Bhaskar, who directed Veda starring Arun Vijay and Sheela, is directing this film, which is based on a true incident that took place in a London-based medical college. According to Vasu, this is a big-budget film that will be shot entirely in London.
The film introduces Malayalam actor Anirudh to Kollywood. Famous actress Saroja’s daughter Joshna and a newcomer from Kerala, Vani Kishore, also make their debuts in this film. Music is by Srikanth Deva. Kannan is the cinematographer.
