Galatta broke the news about Mayandi Kudumbattar (also referred to as Maayandi Kudumbattaar), a film in which ten directors act together for the first time. Well, here are the updates:
Director Tarun Gopi is the hero and Poongothai, an actress from Kerala, is his heroine. The second heroine is a Bangalore-based model, whose name has not yet been announced. The other directors in this film are: Manivannan, Seeman, Jagannath (Raman Thediya Seethai), G.M. Kumar (actress Pallavi’s husband), Nanda Periyasamy, Ponvannan, Singappuli and Raj Kapoor.
Rasu Madhuravan, who directed Lawrence and Sneha in Pandi, is the director. Sabesh-Murali are the music directors. The film will be launched at AVM Pillaiyar Koil on December 5th and its shooting will begin on December 8th in Dindigul. This “directors special” is produced by Annamalai films, who are producing the Pasupathy starrer Vedigundu Murugesan.
