Beautiful Meenakshi (who debuted in Karuppasamy Kuthagaitharar) dismissed allegations that she requested the producers of Agam Puram for a caravan and boarding at a five star hotel as mere rumours. She requested people spreading such rumours to stop doing so at once.
She explained, “I never requested for a caravan or a boarding at a five star hotel. On the contrary, the producers of Agam Puram have been very kind and considerate, and have given me a caravan for outdoor shooting. I deeply appreciate their respect for my privacy and am thankful to them. I did not even demand a caravan in the first place. I am hurt by these rumours. I want to become a successful actress in Kollywood and I know very well that demands such as these will not help my nascent career.”
She also opined, “If I were that demanding and finicky, I would not end up with so many films! I am doing five films in Tamil right now – Agam Puram, Pallikondapuram, TN 07 AL 4777, Perumal and Rajathi Raja. I want to be counted amongst the sweetest actresses of Kollywood.”
We sure hope everyone would heed this beautiful actress’s request and stop spreading such rumours about her.
