Meipporul has newcomers Suren and Anusha in the lead roles. Music is composed by the trio of Aub Delane, Rahul and Nanda.
The album begins with 'Get away Day', a fast-paced western tune sung by Aub Delane.
'Kalyana Kaviyam' is a lovely duet sung by Prasanna and Rita. Its mellow rendition spreads waves of melody through listeners' hearts.
'Unnai Ethiparthaen' is very good to listen to. Through his singing, Kumaran conveys its meaning with substance and feelings.
'Sandhana Maram' is by Srinivas. The same familiar and soothing voice that has rendered many hits engages the listeners in this melody too.
'Meiye Meiye' begins with Latha's voice. Rahul Nambiyar joins in. The song's lyrics and tune play with the mood of the listeners.
'Minnum Minnum' is the only energetic number in the album. With a swift rhythm, the song peps up listeners' enthusiasm a great deal.
