It’s going on and on, but Murugadoss is confident that all the hard work put in will take his Hindi Ghajini to great heights!
Every time you talk to him, Murugadoss has lots to say in praise of Aamir Khan who recently won a Filmfare award for his directorial debut Taare Zameen Par. The actor par excellence has absolutely enthralled Murugadoss. The awe struck director admires Aamir’s knowledge in everything under the sun – world events, terrorism, economy, cinema and a whole lot more. The actor can talk intelligently on any of these many issues for hours on end.
In spite of being one of India’s best stars, Aamir Khan does not throw his weight around on the sets, says Murugadoss. He is humble as he is confident. When asked what would be the one question he would ask Shahrukh Khan, he said, “I’d ask him how it feels to be in second place!” And when King Khan was asked to comment on this, he said, “I’m happy he at least gave me second place!” Such is the greatness that is Aamir Khan, believes Murugadoss.
Another Moghul involved in this remake is AR Rahman. Murugadoss is absolutely delighted to have him too and is more than happy at the keen interest he is showing in the movie.
Murugadoss is afloat on cloud nine, so once the movie releases he will only fly higher!
