After the stupendous success of Imsai Arasan 23m Pulikesi, Vadivelu has donned a similar role in Indralogathil Na Azhagappan in a more or less similar storyline. In Indralogathil..., he is the innocent simpleton Azhagappan who is stuck in the maze and magic of the after world. His adventures form the underlying theme of the movie. Songs for the movie, composed by Sabesh-Murali, duo serves as a suitable motif, filling the musical needs in this mythological comedy. The six songs in the album are based on simple tunes; no scholarly knowledge is required to understand and enjoy them. Almost all the songs lure the listeners to respond, instantly and instinctively.
'Namo Namo' by Krishnaraj and 'Nee Kondru Kuvithum' by Manicka Vinayagam are situation-based short and sweet renderings. These two act as effective appetizers for the treat ahead.
'Mallika Sherawata' opens up with Anuradha's Sriram's prelude. Jassie Gift and Suchitra join in. Vadivelu's verbal trimmings make it dearer to listeners.
'Mehe Apsara Najme' solo by Chithra is a delicate high-pitched rendition. Chithra infuses fresh life and energy for this song through her luxuriant voice that is tinged with the necessary expressions.
Sadhana Sargam and Madhu Balakrishnan leave their personal imprints on 'Nanoru Devathai', a simple and charming number.
'Poikkal Kudirayil' by Tippu is an energetic and fast-paced song with which listeners get easily involved, snapping their fingers and tapping their feet.
