Naayaghan has J.K. Ritheesh and Keerthi Chawla in lead roles. Mariya Manohar has given some melodious tunes. 'Chee Chee poda', the opening song in the album, is sung by Harini and Tippu. The song has a very novel background and tune and is full of heady romance. Manickavinayagam's voice emphasises all the pain and sorrow expressed in the meaningful lyrics in 'Oosi Uyiroosi'. 'Nila Nila Odivaa' is sung by the peppy trio of Srilekha Parthasarathy, Benny Dayal and Master Aravindh. The opening lines of the song are in Aravindh's childish, sweet tone. 'Irundhakka Allikkodu' is by Shankar Mahadevan and SPB. The song is a 'Thiruvizha' number and is full of the festival-related sounds such as the ululating sound by ladies (locally termed as kuravai) and the rustic beats of Thavil. 'Mani Maniyaaga' is an emotional duet by the popular pair, SPB and Chithra. Mariya Manohar's fresh touch is evident throughout the album.
