After a 13-year haitus, veteran playback singer P. Susheela has recorded a song for Sila Nerangalil, set to tune by Srikanth Deva, with lyrics written by Vairamuthu. The movie is releasing on Feb 29th.
Susheela began her career in 1952 and has won several accolades in the first phase of her career spread across four decades. The Indian government has recently honoured her with Padma Bhushan.
Sila Nerangalil is directed by Jayaraj; Vincent Asokan, son of veteran actor Asokan, is the hero. Navya Nair plays the female lead. Others in the cast include Vineeth, Raghuvaran, Sreeman, Ramesh Khanna and Manobala.
