Before you draw your own connection, here’s the real thing. The lyricist-turned director Pa. Vijay is working quite hard on his new avatar for the film Thai Kaaviyam.
Only recently the search for the right actress to play his mother in the movie came to an end when Khushbu gave the green signal. Playing Vijay’s pair in the movie is a fresh face from Bengal, Sudharshana and she’s the one who brings in the Ray connection!
Well, Sudharshana happens to be the reknowned Bengali director Satyajit Ray’s relative! An interesting ingredient indeed!
