Periyar and Ammuvaagiya Naan have been for the International Film Festival in Goa.
The Indian Panorama makes the selection every year based on the best story. Of the 119 films that contested this year, 21 films have been chosen.
Periyar and Ammuvaagiya Naan will be screened in the festival from November 23rd to December 3rd.
"Periyar has brought me the recognition and praise that I have not recieved in 30 years of my acting experience. I feel really happy." says Sathyaraj, who has lived the role in Periyar.
