The audio of the movie Periyar is scheduled to be launched at a function in Chennai on 23rd December.
Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi will release the audio cassettes of this movie. Gnana Rajasekharan is directing this biographical movie after the success of his Bharathi.
Khushboo and Jyothirmayi are playing important roles in this movie whose shooting is nearing completion.
A few scenes of the movie are scheduled to be shot in Kanchipuram and Kerala. This movie is expected to be released next month.
