Prabhu Ganesan, son of veteran Sivaji Ganesan, is a well-known actor who has acted in over 140 films and essayed a variety of characters during his career spanning almost three decades.
He is most remembered for his performance in Vasool Raja MBBS, Chandramukhi, Duet, Sirai Chaalai, Chinna Thambi, and Agni Nakshatram. Currently one of the seniormost artistes in the industry, he has been receiving many offers in which he plays supporting roles.
Prabhu was recently seen in Ayan, with Suriya and Tamannaah in the lead. He will also be seen in significant roles in the forthcoming films Kanthaswamy, Asal, Thambikku Indha Ooru and Malai Malai.
Kollywood requires more such versatile actors who are always ready to encourage the younger generation. Together, along with his brother Ramkumar, he officially heads Sivaji Productions.
He is one actor who excels and stands apart even if he is only been given a cameo role. At present, Prabhu is busy shooting for his home production Asal in Malaysia, with Ajith and Sameera Reddy in the lead roles. The movie is produced by Prabhu's brother Ramkumar under the Sivaji Productions banner.
