Remember this cherubic hero with a dimpled cheek from Chinna Thambi and Agni Nakshathiram? Son of Chevalier Sivaji Ganesan, Prabhu Ganesa has indeed come a long way and his contribution to the film industry is immense!
In recent years, he was portrayed in many formidable roles as supporting actor in Vaddi, Vasool Raja MBBS, Chandramukhi and Ayan. But now, the actor in him has brought him back with a lead role in Arasa Kattalai directed by newcomer V. Kishore. The film, produced by Kanmani Creations and Varsha Media, was launched a couple of days back at the prestigious AVM Studios.
The subject is based on history and Shobana plays an important role. The music is composed by Shivanesan, who worked under A.R. Rahman earlier.
Most of the shooting will be in India, with a few songs set in Thailand and Malaysia.
