The Vellitherai audio launch function that was filled with celebrities from the world of cinema has inspired a new style in Kollywood.
Recently the audio launch of Pudichirukku took place with a galaxy of musicians including singers P. Suseela, S. Janaki, and S.P. Balasubramaniam as special invitees with veteran music director M.S.Viswanathan as the chief guest.
Manu Rameshan, son of noted Malayalam lyricist Rameshan is the music director for Pudichirukku. The four songs played during the function were absolute proofs of Manu’s talent.
P.Suseela expressed her best wishes to the film and its team. SPB’s speech was as usual filled with memorable notes. He remarked that the producer of the film Chitha Senbaga Kumar, who is also a good singer was the one who conducted a grand musical program featuring Isaignani Ilayaraja in Dubai.
Director Kanagu, explained how he chose the title for the film. Kanagu, while apprenticing with director Lingusamy actually got the title from his Guru. Pudichirukku was the title, Lingusamy had decided to use for his movie Run. Since Kanagu liked it, he decided to use it for his film.
