Rajiv Menon is one of those few dynamic directors who has taken the initiative to nurture young talent for the film industry and provide a platform to hone their skills. He has launched a new Institute called the Mindscreen Film Institute which will run specialized courses in various aspects of film making. Addressing the press Rajiv said, “Our learning environment is designed to move one beyond their current level, expand the vision, enhance technical skills and unleash the potential to imagine, think and create in a new way.”
