Cinematographer, then director, now singer. Ravi Varman has sung a song for his directorial debut Moscowvin Kaveri.
The lyrics, penned by Vairamuthu, are set to music by Thaman. The words of the song are 'Nee Ondrum Azhagi Illai, Unnai Pol Veroruthi Azhagi Illai'.
Ravi says that the whole thing was purely by accident. During the recording of the song, Ravi was so impressed by the music that he started singing along. The music director felt that Ravi's voice suited the song and thus cinematographer turned director, turned singer!
