Revathi, a versatile actress and a successful director, is time and again proving she is a kind hearted person who likes to help less fortunate counterparts in society. Revathi has been associated with the ‘Banyan’, an organization that helps mentally-challenged women. She has recently launched a website that describes her social activities.
In Vannathupoochi, a children’s film, Revathi played the role of a judge. When she learned about the financial difficulties of the producer, she kind-heartedly offered to act for free in the film. Vannathupoochi is expected to hit theatres very soon.
Now, Revathi has accepted the lead role in Rajiv Menon’s short film, which will be shot by film students.
