The premiere of Moser Baer’s Righteous Kill was a fabulous event. The extravagance and sheen of this event made one wonder why Hollywood is not called 'Hodambakkam' and why is it the other way instead!

The premiere was held at Sathyam Cinemas yesterday at 10:15 p.m. One must make a special mention that the CEO of Moser Baer, Mr. Dhananjayan, is an excellent host.
Of the three film premiere shows held in the city yesterday, this one attracted the maximum number of celebrities! The main attraction was Raadika and her daughters – Rayanne Sarathkumar and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar (who will debut in Poda Podi as heroine).
Trisha, looking cute and attractive in her black knitwear, was in an upbeat mood. Laksmhi Rai and Namita looked alluringly beautiful in their dark blue and black attires respectively. Sonia Agarwal looked elegant.
Couples who caught everyone’s attention: Srikanth-Vandana, who were inseparable throughout the function; Jivva, sweetly cooing to this wife before ensconcing in their comfortable seats of Six Degrees for an interesting film-watching session.
Poi Solla Porom hero Karthik reminded everyone of Johnny Depp with his trimmed moustache and a chin-patch.
The surprise: Clean-shaved Vinay, the chocolate boy; some even failed to recognize him; but girls agreed he looks absolutely cute! Handsome Jayam Ravi looked muscular, strong and ready to be the next action hero!
Pasupathy came with his family and so did an upbeat Yugi Sethu. Director Dharani, music composer Vidyasagar and singer Tanvi Shah were enjoying the proceedings. Chennai 600028 gang Venkat Prabhu, Mirchi Shiva and (bearded) Premji Amaran were seen having fun and reminiscing about their Chennai 600028 days.
Amidst all these stars were the men behind Galatta.com: Galatta.com president Girish Ramdas, editor Shakthi, and manager (promotions) Muthu Rathina Sakthivel.
It was an evening to cherish.
