A film on Lord Ayyappa titled Sabarimala Sri Ayyappa with Kaushik Babu playing the role of Ayyappaswamy got off to a start in Hyderabad recently. The film is being made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
Sasi Mohan is the director. Kaushik Babu, who plays the role of Lord Ayyappa in TV serials, is donning the same role in this film. Prabhu, Mamta Mohandas, Riaz Khan and others are also in the star cast.
