Variety is the spice of an actor’s life. Following her romantic roles, Sandya will be seen in a couple of films in radically different roles.

She is plays a cowgirl in her forthcoming Tamil film Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam directed by Simbudevan. Sandya has indeed gone through the excitement for the said role, painting her face with bright red paint and uttering bits of dialogues in an exotic lingo. She will also be seen in the sequel to the Kannada film Apathamithra directed by P. Vasu. The story revolves around three sisters who are under the spell of a supernatural force.
