Supreme star Sarath Kumar has been playing the lead role for over a decade. He is presently awaiting the release of his movie Pachaikili Muthucharam. Meanwhile, buzz is that he is playing the role of a doctor in Vaitheeswaran.
There are two heroines in this movie: Meghna Naidu and Sanjana of Kokki fame are playing female leads. Maheswar, who has penned the script of Harichandra and Vanakkam Thalaivaa, is making his debut as director.
