Knowing more than one language is always good, especially the local language if you are not in your home state.
This is true for Ashok, who debuted in Muruga and is currently working in Pidichirukku. The crew was in Pune recently for a shooting schedule.
In a particuler scene, Ashok and Kanja Karuppu walk into a crowded market place and start fighting. As the camera was hidden from public view, the local people thought that it was a real fight. They came forward to sort things out. Ashok tried telling the crowd that it was not a real fight, but nobody was ready to listen to him. They even called in the local police to settle the fight.
This is when Ashok used his Marathi to make them understand that it was a movie shooting. Thankfully, the issue was sorted out.
