The movie launch for Silambattam will take place tomorrow, December 7th.
Produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers, the movie has Silambarasan and new face Sana Khan in the lead. It is the 25th film for the production house. Cinematographers turning to direction is not new to Tamil cinema. Following the steps of Jeeva, P.C. Sreeram and Thangar Bachan, now Saravanan becomes a director through Silambattam. Shooting will be in the temple towns in South India. Silambattam's music has a remix from the yesteryear classic Thiruvilaiyaadal.
