Children love the proposition of dabbling in colour, so a painting contest is just the right way to get them going. Kissan Amaze Brainfood organized a painting contest for these young talents asking them to express their ambitions in their drawing.
At the end of the contest, the coordinators were stunned to see that they were in the midst of aspiring doctors, engineers, astronauts, sportspersons and what not! The best three paintings were selected by a panel of judges and awarded the one lakh cash prize! Actress Simran, the guest of honour, distributed the prizes to the lucky winners. The beautiful star was beaming and visibly happy to be in the midst of such a lot of young talent and dreams.
The three winners of the contest were Harihar Prasad of DAV Lloyd School in the 6-8 years age group, A. Avinash of St. John’s Senior Secondary in the 9-11 years age group and Yasawi of PSBB KK Nagar in the 12-14 years age group. The kids were absolutely delighted at having won a scholarship by putting to use their talent for painting!
