After 25 years in film music, Mano, who made his singing debut in Tamil films, is composing for the Telugu flick Somberi. The film is directed by popular Telugu lyricist Chennavithula.
Mano feels that film music today has become instrument based. He, on the other hand, will give more importance to the lyrics.
The singer, who has more than 21000 songs to his credit, is also composing for three more Telugu films in addition to Somberi.
Mano says he is looking forward to compose for Tamil films as it is through Tamil films that he gained fame. For now, the singer-turned composer is eagerly awaiting the audio release of his first film. Let’s wish him the very best.
